榄香烯对人肝癌细胞7402、宫颈癌细胞Hela的凋亡诱导作用及下调Bcl—2蛋白表达

目的 研究中药榄香烯对人肝癌细胞7402、宫颈癌细胞Hela的体外抑瘤效应及其作用机制。方法 应用MTT比色法观察榄香烯对细胞的生长抑制作用；荧光显微镜和透射电镜观察细胞结构的改变；DNA凝胶电泳和流式细胞术等分析细胞凋亡、周期变化及Bcl-2蛋白表达情况。结果 榄香烯对7402和Hela细胞有较强的体外增殖抑制作用。榄香烯能诱导7402和Hela细胞凋亡，同时伴随有Bcl-2蛋白表达下调。结论 榄香烯对7402、Hela细胞有较强的抗瘤效应，其可能与Bcl-2蛋白下调引起的细胞凋亡有关。

Elemene Induces Apoptosis and Regulates Expression of bcl-2 Protein in Uumna Hepatic Cancer7042 Cells and Cevix Cancer Hela Cells

Purpose To study the mechanism of elemene on human hepatic cancer 7402 cells and cervix cancer Hela cells. Methods 7402 cells and Hela cells were treated with elemene at different concentrations.The growth inhibition was analysed by MTT assay,cell apoptosis by light microscopy,transmission electron microscopy,flow cytometry and agarose gel electrophoresis. Results Treated of 7402 cells and Hela cells with elemene remarkably inhibited the cell growth.Elemene could induce apoptosis and regulate expression of Bcl 2 protein in 7402 and Hela cells. Conclusions Elemene can inhibit human hepatic cancer 7402 cells and cervix cancer Hela cells which is related with apoptosis induced by decrement of Bcl 2 protein expression.
