46例小儿特发性血小板减少性紫癜的免疫指标测定与研究

目的 测定与分析研究小儿特发性血小板减少性紫癜的免疫指标改变情况。方法 用放射免疫法测定血小板相关免疫球蛋白,用W-L快速免疫消浊比浊法测定患儿血清IgA、IgG、IgM,用ELISA法测定血清IL-2、IL-6和slL-2R,用碱性磷酸酶-抗碱性磷酸酶桥联酶染色法测定T淋巴细胞亚群。结果 试验组与对照组相比,血小板相关免疫球蛋白含量升高,IgA和IgM含量上升,IL-2、IL-6和slL-2R含量上升,T淋巴细胞亚群比值改变。结论 小儿特发性血小板减少性紫癜的免疫指标有多项显著改变。

Immune index of 46 cases of children with idiopathic thrombocytopenicpurpura:measurement and research

Objective To measure and analyze immune parameters changes of children with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura.Method Radioimmunoassay was used for the determination of platelet-associated immunoglobulin.W-L rapid elimination of immune serum turbidity was used for the measurement of IgA,IgG,IgM.ELISA was used for detection of serum IL-2,IL-6 and slL-2R.Alkaline phosphatase-anti-alkaline phosphatase staining assay was used for the determination of T lymphocyte subsets.Results Compared with the control group,in test group,levels of platelet-associated immunoglobulin elevated; IgA,and IgM raised; IL-2,IL-6 and slL-2R also raised; T lymphocyte subsets ratio changed.Conclusion In idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura,there are a number of immune parameters changed significantly.
