GATA-4在小鼠生殖腺中的表达定位研究

目的 研究小鼠睾丸和卵巢内GATA-4免疫反应产物的特征与分布。方法 选取6周雄性和雌性小鼠各6只,分别取其睾丸、卵巢制作石蜡切片,应用免疫组织化学ABC法,DAB显色,观察GATA-4在睾丸和卵巢中的表达情况。结果 GATA-4免疫反应产物在这个阶段小鼠睾丸Sertoli细胞、Leydig细胞、生精细胞和卵巢颗粒细胞、卵泡内膜细胞中均有特征性分布。结论 小鼠睾丸和卵巢内均有GATA-4蛋白的表达,说明GATA-4在睾丸性别决定与分化、卵泡发育和激素调控方面具有一定的作用。

Localization Study of GATA-4 Expression in the Genital Gland of Mouse

Objective To explore the characteristics and distribution of GATA - 4 in genital glands of mouse. Meth- ods six - week old female mice and six - week old male mice were selected for this study. Paraffin sections of the o- varies were made and expressions of GATA -4 were observed by the immunohistochemical ABC method with DAB the visualization. Results Positive expressions of GATA -4 were found in Sertoli cells and Leydig cells and germ cells, granulosa cells and thecal cells of the mice. Conclusion This experiment proved that GATA - 4 exists in geni- tal glands of mouse, which provides morphological basis for sex determination and differentiation, follicular develop- ment and hormone regulation in the genital glands.
