腹腔镜治疗先天性肝囊肿的临床疗效分析

目的探讨腹腔镜治疗先天性肝囊肿的疗效。方法回顾性分析1999年1月-2006年8月开腹肝囊肿开窗术117例（开腹组）及同期腹腔镜先天性肝囊肿开窗术52例（腹腔镜组）患者的临床资料。比较两组的手术时间、术中出血量、胃肠道功能恢复时间、术后并发症发生率、肝功能恢复时间及住院时间。结果腹腔镜组的手术时间、术中出血量、胃肠道功能恢复时间、肝功能恢复时间及住院时间与开腹组比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．01），各指标明显优于开腹组。两组术后并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论腹腔镜先天性肝囊肿开窗术创伤小，术后患者恢复快，住院时间短，是治疗先天性肝囊肿合理、有效的方法。

Clinical analysis of iaparoscopic fenestration in treatmem of congenital hepatic cyst

Objective To evaluate the effect of laparoscopic fenestration in the treatment of congenital hepatic cyst.Methods One hundred and seventeen patients,who received open surgery(group A) and 52 patients received laparoscopic surgery(group B) from January 1999 to August 2006,were reviewed retrospectively.The operation time,blood loss,post-operation complications,the time of the recovery of gastro enteric function,hospital stay and hepatic function were compared.Results There were significant difference between two groups in the operation time,operation blood loss,the time of the recovery of gastro enteric function,hospital stay and hepatic function recovery(P<0.01).There was no significant difference between two groups in post-operation complications(P>0.05).Conclusions Laparoscopic fenestration in treatment of congenital hepatic cyst is of minor invasion,fast recovery and short hospital stay.The procedure should be an effective and reasonable choice for congenital hepatic cyst.
