云南4所高校大学生性观念和性行为变化分析

目的　了解云南大学生 1993、1995、2 0 0 0年性观念和性行为的变化趋势 ,探讨生殖健康教育对策。方法　整群随机抽取昆明地区不同专业 4所高校 1190名大学生进行问卷调查。结果　 2 0 0 0年云南大学生中赞成婚前同居、可能发生性行为和已有性经历者分别为2 4 .87%、14 .87%、6 .97% ,较 1993年有所上升 ,但比 1995年下降 ;在有性经历的大学生中使用安全套的占 74 .7% ,较 1995年的 33.85%显著提高 (P <0 .0 1)。 71.76 %的人认为应当保持婚前童贞 ,6 2 .6 1%认为婚前性行为不仅对双方造成伤害 ,更影响日后的婚姻。担心婚前性行为会怀孕及染上性病的分别为 2 6 .4 7%、11.0 1%。结论　云南大学生性观念有向健康成熟方向变化的趋势 ,学校生殖健康教育初见成效

The Changes in Sexual Perception and Behaviors of College Students in Yunnan Province

Objective To analyze the changes in sexual ideas and behaviors of Yunnan college students in 1993, 1995 and 2000 and to study the ways of giving reproductive health education to them. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 1190 students of various specialities, drawn from 4 colleges in Kunming by random cluster sampling. Results Data collected in 2000 showed that 24.87%, 14.87% and 6.97% of students favored premarital cohabitation,probably had sexual intercourse and had sexual experiences respectively, the rates raised slightly and declined as compared with data collected in 1993 and in 1995. Among students who had experienced sexual intercourse, 74.7% used condom; the rate was significantly higher than 33.85% in 1995. Among students surveyed, 71.76% considered that the chastity before marriage was still demanded, 62.61% considered that premarital sexual intercourse was harmful to both of doers and would be an obstacle to future marriage. The percentage of students who worried if premarital sexual intercourse resulted in illegitimate pregnancy and sexually transmitted diseases. Conclusions There exist a trend toward maturation in sexual perception among Yunnan college students. School reproductive health education has had some effects.
