| 摘 要： | 目的通过对急性脑卒中患者的发病与就医时间的调查,指导此类病人及时就诊。方法对急性脑卒中患者的发病时间及就医时间进行调查统计,并按发病至就诊时间的长短判别就诊的及时性。结果944例急性脑卒中患者中,仅有9.32%的患者在发病<1h就医,1～6h为27.23%,6～12h为33.16%,而>12h高达30.30%。较及时就医者为36.55%,不及时就医者为63.45%,两者比较差异有高度显著性(x~2=136.69,P<0.01)。结论大部分急性脑卒中患者未能早期及时就医,延误了最佳的抢救治疗时机。
