| 摘 要： | 目的 治疗念珠菌阴道炎的三组的治疗方案中寻找一组最佳方案。方法将念珠菌阴道炎的病人随机分为A、B、C组，分别给予治疗，统计疗效，治疗成本，采用成本-疗效分析方法进行评价。结果治疗效果C组最好，治疗成本B组最低，但成本-效果比C组最底。结论C组为治疗复发性阴道念珠菌病的最佳治疗方案。

| Abstract: | Objective To select a best therapeutic scheme in treating canidal vaginitis among the kinds of scheme. Methods The patients of candidal vaginitis was divided into three group A,B,C in radom, and taken one of three kinds of theatment for earch group. Using cost-effectiveness analysis to access the cost and effectives. Results C group is the best scheme in effect, B group is the lowest in cost. But C group is the best scheme for cost-effectiveness. Conclusion C group is the best therapeutio scheme in treating candidal vaginitis. |
