溶菌酶检测对结核性及癌性胸水鉴别诊断价值的探讨

本文对60例结核性及13例癌性胸水作了胸水溶菌酶(PLZM)测定。结果表明:结核性PLZM含量为18.9±1.9μg/ml;癌性PLZM含量为13.25±3.62μg/ml,两者差异非常显著(P<0.001)。其中部分患者同时作了血清溶菌酶(SLZM)含量测定,发现结核组PLZM/SLZM比值为1.29±0.2;癌症组PLZM/SLZM比值为0.98±0.38,两者也有显著性差异(P<0.05)。PLZM测定对鉴别结核性与癌性胸水具有较高的临床价值。如同时作SLZM测定,计算PLZM/SLZM,意义则更大。

Clinical Value of Lysozyme Activity for Differential Diagnosis of Tuberculous and Carcinomatous Pleural Effusion

This is a report about the measurement of lysozyme activity on 60 tuberculous and 13 carcinomatous pleuritis. The results show that the PLZM in the tuberculous group was 18.9+1.9ug/ml and the PLZM in the carcinomatous group was 13.25+3.62ug/ml. The difference between these two groups was statistically significant (p<0.001). At the same time, serum lysozyme in part of all patients was measured. The results show hat PLZM/SLZM in TB was 1.29±0.38 and that in cancer was 0.98±0.38. The difference between these two groups was significantly lower (p<0.05) The measurment of pleural lysozyme is higher in the clinical value. If meauring the serum lysozyme at the same time and counting PLZM/SLZM, the significance is much more.
