| 摘 要： | 报告139例抽动──秽语综合征的临床资料，认为本病的诊断主要依靠典型的抽动发作，即使不伴有异常发声或秽语，在排除类似疾病后也可确诊．氟哌啶醇与等量安坦合用并从小剂量开始给药的治疗方法安全而有效，有效率达94％，但应注意减停药物过早易致症状复发。提出本病可能与遗传、精神刺激及脑器质性损害有关。

| Abstract: | The Analysis of clinical information of 139 cases of Gilles de la Tourette's syndrome showed that at present the diagnosis of this syndrome mainly depended on typical convulsive seizure,even if no abnormal vocalization or coprolalia were accompanied,it was easily diagnosed after eliminating the other similar diseases. The treatment of combining haloperidol with artane and beginning with small dosage was safe and effective,the effective rate was 94 %. It suggests this syndrome is possibly correlated to heredity, mental stimulus and organic demages. |
