摘    要:目的:观察手术及康复训练对于脑性瘫痪(脑瘫)患者的关节活动度、肌力及肌张力的影响。方法:脊神经后根切断术(SPR) 术后进行康复训练,以Bobath 法为基础,加上作业治疗。结果:手术前后的肌张力差值的统计结果有显著差异。手术后与康复训练后之间的肌力改变统计结果有显著差异(P<0.05) ;手术前、手术后与康复训练后Wee FIM测量差异在统计学上有显著性(P< 0.05) 。结论:手术解除痉挛,降低部分肌力,能改善一定关节活动度,但必须强调康复训练,并与之协调,才能更好地改善患者的运动功能和日常生活自理能力,促进患者重返社会。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of SPR and rehabilitation training in spastic cerebral palsy.Methods:After operation,occupational therapy was used in conjunction with Bobath method which formed the base of PT.Results:All values of muscle tone before and after operation were significantly different;Sighificant improvements in joint stiffness of lower limb after surgery were documented;Strength of many muscular groups was lightly decreased,but improved after therapy;WeeFIM assessment showed significant improvements after therapy (P<0.05).Conclusion:Although surgeries could reduce spasticities,muscle tone and improve range of motion to a certain degree.It should be emphasized that in order to improve patient's functional ability rehabilitation should coordinate with surgery.
