超短波对剖宫产术后切口愈合影响研究

目的探讨超短波对剖宫产术后切口疼痛及愈合的影响。方法选择2007年5—9月在观澜医院进行剖宫产的产妇100例，随机分为治疗组（术后24h应用超短波，2次，d，连用5d）和对照组（常规清洁换药），比较两组术后24．72h疼痛视觉模拟评分及切口愈合情况。结果治疗组疼痛评分优，硬结形成少，感染率低，与对照组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论超短波能减轻剖宫产术后切口疼痛，促进切口愈合，而且使用方便，副作用少。

The Effect of Ultra-short Wave on the Healing of Uterine Incision after Cesarean Section

Objective To investigate the effect of uhra-short wave on wound pain and healing after cesarean seation. Methods 100 cases of cesarean section in the hospital of Guanlan from May,2007 to September,2007 were randomly devided into two groups. The experiment group had been griven ultra-short wave 24 hours after operation twice per day for five days. The control group had clean dressing changes routinely. The grade of visual analogue pain scale at 24 - 72 hours after operation and the mode of wound healing were studied. Results When compared with the control group, the experiment group had less pain, sclerosis and infection of wound. The differences were statistically significant（P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Ultra-short wave used after cesarean section would alleviate wound pain and accelerate wound healing. Being used conveniently and having little side effects, it is worth of popularizing clinically.
