| 摘 要： | 本文对免疫抑制法测定CK－MB得异常高值，出现“CK－MB”等于总CK现象的4个病例作鉴定，用CK同工酶电泳、酶活化能测定、免疫固定及热稳定性试验等方法进行鉴定，结果证实1例血中含有巨CK1，3例为巨CK2。

| Abstract: | Four cases showing abnormal high activity of CK-MB assayed by immunoinhibition were further studied. Methods such as the electrophoresis of CK isoenzymes , the determination of activation energy, immunofixation and the heat stability were used. The results revealed that one case was macro-CK1, three cases were macro-CK2. |
