医用计算机鼠标、键盘细菌污染调查

目的 了解医用计算机的污染状况。方法 对某院20个科室使用的计算机鼠标、键盘进行物体表面采样及微生物调查、分析。结果 医用计算机染菌量严重超标,平均菌落数为114.1 CFU/cm~2。医生使用的计算机与护士使用的计算机污染程度差异有显著性(P<0.05)。金黄色葡萄球菌污染率较高,占30.5％。结论 计算机是医院内潜在的储菌源之一,我们在日常工作中应重视对其清洁消毒,以减少医院感染的危险因素。

Bacterial contamination of the computer mouses and keyboards used in a hospital

Objective To assess the bacterial contamination of computer used in a hospital. Methods Investigating the contamination caused by microorganisms on the surface of the computer mouses and keyboards in 20 departments in a hospital. Results The contamination of computer was serious, the average colony forming unit was 114.1 CFU/cm2 , there was remarkable difference in the colony forming unit between the computer used by the doctors and nurses ( P < 0.05), and 30.5% of the contamination was caused by Staphylococcus aureus . Conclusion Computer is a potential source that reserve microorganisms, more attention should be paid to the disinfection of computer to reduce the risk of nosocomial infection.
