硫酸（二）甲酯气体致群体性中毒的紧急救治

目的 探讨稀有有害化学气体硫酸（二）甲酯致群体性中毒的紧急救治方法和措施。方法 启动成都市突发公共卫生事件应急预案，对成批中毒人员的现场救治、快速转运、检伤分类、院内有效治疗等总结经验。结果 中毒人员54例，治愈率100％。结论 成都市卫生应急办和120指挥中心及时组织卫生应急救援，使有害化学气体硫酸（二）甲酯中毒患者得到及时救治效果满意。

Emergency treatment in mass poisoning of melthyl sulfate gas

Objective To investigate the treatment and effective method for the rare and harmful chemistry air methyl sulfate mass poisoned personnel. Methods Activating the rescue system about major accident in Chengdu.This paper aims at summing up the experience from fast transport,examination and classification,hospital inside valid treatment etc. Results 54 cases were cure,the sucessful rate was 100%. Conclusion The rescue system about major accident in Chengdu is effective about major accident of the treatment and organizing to mass poisoned personnel ,and all the patients are cured in time.
