血浆D-二聚体测定在诊断2型糖尿病血管病变中的意义

目的观察血浆D-二聚体与2型糖尿病血管病变的关系。方法将46例糖尿病组细分为无并发症组(18例)、大血管病变组(15例)、微血管病变组(13例),并与对照组45例进行比较。采用ELISA方法分别测定各组血浆D-二聚体水平。结果糖尿病组D-二聚体水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01),其中无并发症组与对照组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05);大、微血管病变组显著升高(P<0.01);血糖越高,D-二聚体越高(P<0.01)。结论检测糖尿病D-二聚体是糖尿病并发血管病变的诊断指标之一。严格控制血糖、监测D-二聚体对防治糖尿病并发症有一定意义。

Clinical significance of plasma D- dimer determination in diagnosis of vascular pathological changes of type 2 diabetes mellitus

Objective To summarize the relationships of plasma D-Dimer to the vascular pathological changes of type 2 diabetes mellitus(DM).Methods 46 patients involved in this study were assigned to the DM group,including 18 cases without complications,15 cases with vascular pathological changes and 13 cases with capillary pathological changes.A total of 45 cases were assigned to the control group.An ELISA method was used to determine the level of plasma D-dimer levels in each group.Results The D-Dimer level in DM group was obviously higher than that in control group(P<0.01),in which the D-Dimer level of patients without complication were almost the same as that in control group(P>0.05),and for patients with vascular and capillary pathological changes,the D-Dimer level obviously elevated(P<0.01);and also the higher the blood sugar was,the higher the D-Dimer was(P<0.01).Conclusion D-Dimer is a marker for diagnosis of DM vascular pathological changes.It is of significance for the prevention of DM complications to control blood sugar strictly and supervise the D-Dimer.
