艾司西酞普兰与阿米替林治疗抑郁症对照研究

目的：比较艾司西酞普兰与阿米替林治疗抑郁症的疗效及安全性。方法：将50例患者随机分为两组,研究组（A组）25例,口服艾司西酞普兰治疗;对照组（B组）25例,口服阿米替林治疗。观察6周,与治疗前及治疗后第1、2、4、6周末采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表和临床疗效总评定量表评定临床疗效,不良反应量表评定不良反应。结果：治疗第6周末研究组显效率为96%,对照组显效率为92%,两组差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,副反应研究组显著少于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论：对于抑郁症,艾司西酞普兰与阿米替林疗效相当,但艾司西酞普兰安全性好,依从性好。

Control study of escitalopram and amitriptyline in treatment of depression

Objective： To compare the clinical efficacy and safety of escitalopram and amitriptyline in treatment of depression.Methods： Randomly divided fifty patients into two groups,the study group included 25 cases and took escitalopram orally,the control group included 25 cases and took amitriptyline orally,who were all obseved 6 weeks.Before and after 1,2,4,6 weeks of treatment,evaluation of clincal effects with Hamilton＇s depression scale（HAMD） and clinical global impression（CGI）,evaluation of side effects with Asberg.Results： On the sixth weekend,the obvious effect rate was 96% in the study group,but that was 92% in the control group,which had no significant difference（P〈0.05）.The total scores of Asberg in the study group were significant lower than that in the the control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion： On treating the patients with depression,the effects of escitalopram is equvalent with amitriptyline,but escitalopram is better than amitripty-line in safety and the compliance.
