| 摘 要： | 本文报道57例经手术及病理证实的肾上腺肿瘤的CT资料,包括肾上腺皮质腺瘤31例、嗜铬细胞瘤17例、原发性皮质腺癌8例、髓质脂肪瘤1例。分析肾上腺各类病变的CT表现,讨论对各类病变的定性诊断。认为CT扫描可以从综合病灶大小、形态、范围、密度等方面较明确地对肾上腺肿瘤作出定性诊断。

| Abstract: | CT findings of adrenal tumors in 57 cases were reviewed. The tumors were proved by histopathology and included adrenocortical adenoma in 31 cases, pheochromocytoma in 17 cases, lipoma in one case and adrenocortical carcinoma in 8 cases. We believed that the correct diagnosis could be made from CT findings of adrenal tumors before operation. |
