78例脑挫裂伤的救治体会

目的:总结分析78例脑挫裂伤患者的临床特点及治疗经验。方法:回顾分析78例中-重度脑挫裂伤患者的诊治情况。结果:本组78例患者脑挫裂伤患者,保守治疗50例、手术治疗28例;按照GOS评分标准,出院时恢复良好15例,占19.23%;轻度残疾39例、占50.00%;中-重度残疾15例、占19.23%;死亡9例,占11.54%。结论:对于中-重度的脑挫裂伤患者,应予以高度重视,在非手术治疗过程中,应严密观察意识、瞳孔、生命体征,动态复查头颅CT,正确掌握手术适应症。早期正确有效的综合治疗措施能有效的降低患者的致残率。

Clinical analysis of treatment of 78 brain contusion and laceration patients

Objective:To investigate and analyze the clinical features and treatments of 78 brain contusion and laceration patients.Methods: 78 cases with moderate-severe brain contusion and laceration were retrospectively analyzed.Results: Among all the cases,50 of them were conservatively treated while 28 were surgically treated.According to GOS classification,15(19.23%) cases recovered well,while 39(50.00%) cases were suffered from mild disability.15(19.23%)cases got moderately severe disability.And 9 cases died.Conclusion: More attention should be paid to the patients with moderate-severe brain contusion and laceration.During the therapeutic process,consciousness,pupils and vital signs should be monitored.Cerebral computerized tomography(CT) should be counterchecked dynamically.Handle the exact information of surgical indications.Early and effective treatment measures can efficiently reduce the morbidity rate among the patients.
