摘    要:目的:确定脱水是否影响大鼠睾丸网的组织结构与精子的输送。方法:51~52天龄雄性SD大鼠随机分成两组:1组(对照组,n=19)常规给食(颗粒饲料)给水饲养;1组只给食不给水(脱水组,n=11)。4~5 d后取睾丸,制作通过睾丸网的切片(甲基丙烯酸树脂包埋),观察睾丸网的形态,测量睾丸网的宽度(厚度)。结果:与对照组相比,脱水组的睾丸网宽度无显著改变,但睾丸网腔内的精子和球形精子细胞增多,且有睾丸网挤压生精小管壁的形态特征。结论:在短期禁水所致脱水状态下,青春期大鼠睾丸网向附睾输送睾丸内产生的精子与未成熟生精细胞的功能更为活跃。

Effects of water deprivation induced dehydration on the rat rete testis:a morphometric study
Abstract:Objective:To determine whether dehydration would affect the histology of the rete testis and the transit of spermatozoa in rats.Methods: Male SD rats(aged 51~52 days) were randomly divided into two groups,with one group(control,n=19) being fed routine feed(pellet diet) and water while the other group(dehydrated,n=11) given feed only without water.4~5 days later,the testis was removed to obtain sections(methacrylate embedded) through the rete;the morphology of the rete was observed and its width(thickness) measured.Results: In comparison with control,the width of the rete was not significantly affected in the dehydrated group.However,there were more spermatozoa and spherical spermatids in the rete lumen,together with morphological characteristics of the rete extruding the wall of the seminiferous tubules.Conclusion: With short-term water deprivation-induced dehydration,sperm and immature spermatogenic cells produced by the testis were more actively transported to the epididymis through the rete testis in the pubertal rat.
