| 摘 要： | 目的：为探讨上皮型钙黏蛋白（E－cadherin,E-cd)基因在评估肺癌生物学行为及预后中的作用。方法：采用免疫组织化学SP方法对46例肺癌和40例癌旁组织中E－cd表达进行研究。结果：E－cd在肺癌组织中的阳性表达率显著低于癌旁组织（P＜0．01），且与肺癌TNM分期、病理分级及淋巴结转移呈负相关（P＜0．05、0．01、0．05）。结论：E－cd基因对评估肺癌进展及判断预后具有一定价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:To Study the expression of E-cadherin(E-cd) in lung cancer and understand the relationship of expression of E-cd with prognosis of lung cancer and biological behavior.Method:We observed 46 cases of lung cancer and 40 cases of adjacent non neoplastic tissues through SP immunohisto-chemical method.Result:The positive rate of expression of E-cd in lung cancer was significantly lower than that in normal tissues(P<0.01) and was negatively correlatede with TNM stages,Pathological grades and lymph node metastasis (P<0.05,0.01,0.05).The correlation of expression E-cd is rather significant in NSCLC(P<0.05).Conclusion:Our study suggests that expression of E-cd may has important valuation in progress and prognosis of lung cancer. |
