衰老时“气阴两虚挟瘀”体质验证

老年人及老年病患者多有气阴两虚挟瘀见证。中医体质学说认为体质是“证”的物质基础,故探测衰老机体有天气阴两虚挟瘀体质。以血液流变学指标检测老年大鼠,发现随增龄血液流变性渐呈粘、浓、凝、聚之血瘀样改变,雄性发生早且明显。组方进行反证实验,发现益气养阴活血方对老年大鼠活血作用最佳,说明衰老机体自然形成气阴两虚挟瘀体质。

VERIFICATION Of SENILE PHYSIQUE BEING DEFICIENCY OF QI AND YIN WITH BLOOD STAGNATION

Many common senile diseases such as coronary heart disease, cerebral thrombosis ete are usuallydiagnosed as blood stagnation syndrome with both Qi and Yin deficiency. Therefore, it is highlynecessary to comfirm whether old organisms have the physique of the syndrome mentioned above. Wistar rats were used and the developing hemorheological changes at different ages were tested. The results show that the hemorheological characteristics of rats such as blood viscosity, coagula-tion, aggregation and hematocrit are gradually increasing with aging. These changes occur early andseriously in male rats, but slowly and lightly in the females. This phenomenon correspounds to thefact that coronary heart disease occurs earlier in men than in women. Counterevidences have demonstrated that the invigorating blood circulation effects of "San ShenDecoction" is the best. This further illustrates that senile organisms could form the physique of defi-ciency in Qi and Yin with blood stagnation naturally.
