摘    要:目的:探讨黄角汤对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤时自由基损伤的影响以探讨其治疗机制。方法:采用大脑双侧颈总动脉闭塞的不完全性脑缺血再灌注模型,选用黄角汤及尼基地平对模型进行治疗,并设正常组及模型组。观察各组大鼠血浆超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化。结果:模型组大鼠血浆MDA值显著高于正常组,SOD值显著低于正常组。黄角汤组SOD、MDA值有不同程度的恢复(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:黄角汤对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤的机制与纠正血浆SOD/MDA平衡失调,抗自由基损伤等有关。

Abstract:Objective:Observing the effect of HJT on cerebral ischemic and reperfusion in jury in rats to investigate the possible mechanism.Methods:Rats were closely bilateral common carotid arteries to make the model of incomplete cerebral ischemic and reperfusion injury.The effect of HJT on suproxide disutase(SOD) and (MDA) in blood was examined.Results:Compared with normal controled group, the level of SOD in blood of model group decreased significantly ,the level of MDA in blood increased significantly.Conclusion:The effect mechanism of HJT on cerebral ischemic and reperfusion in jury in rats is connected with recovering the unbalance of SOD/MDA. Beijing 100094);Abstract A phenol-degradable strain named phen8 was isolated and screened from wastewater of an oil refinery in China. The function of phenol-degrading capability was examined at molecular level. PCR and electrophoresis analysis detected a typical band of DNA fragment of phenol hydroxylase. The results of plasmid analysis showed that genes encoding the enzymes degrading phenol are located in chromosome of the strain phen8. The complete sequence of the phen8 strain's 16S ribosomal DNA was found to be homogeneous at the rate of 98% to the members of Pseudomonas stutzer DSM50227 and DSM50238 in GenBank of the Internet (registration number AF284764 in GenBank). Therefore, the position of the strain in microbiological phylogeny was established, for temporary it was classified as Pseudomonas sp phen8.;
