| 摘 要： | 目的 ]对芪月降脂片的有效成分金丝桃苷进行含量测定 .方法 ]采用高效液相色谱法 ,流动相为甲醇 0 2 5 g/L磷酸溶液 ( 4 0∶6 0 ) ,检测波长为 35 6nm .结果 ]回归方程为Y =9 79× 10 -7X -0 0 1,r =0 9991,金丝桃苷在 0 11～ 0 84 μg范围内呈良好的线性关系 ,加样回收率为 10 3 7% ,RSD为3 0 5 % (n =5 ) .结论 ]高效液相色谱法简便易行 ,重现性好 ,可用于芪月降脂片的质量控制

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE?To determine the contents of hyperin in the Qiyuejiangzhi tablets.?METHODS? Using HPLC, the mobile phase consisted methanol 0 25?g/L phosphoric acid(40∶60), and the detection wavelength was 356?nm.?RESULTS?The regression equation was Y =9 79×10 -7 X -0 01, r =0 999?1.The recovery average was 103 7%, and RSD was 3 05%(n=5).?CONCLUSION?HPLC was simple, quick and reproducible, and that is established for quality control of Qiyuejiangzhi tablets. |
