摘    要:邻甲酚与丙烯睛经Friedel-Crafts反应得到了2-甲基-4-丙腈苯酚,再在甲醇中水解得到目标化合物。给出了该化合物及其中间体的质谱、核磁共振氢谱数据。讨论了不同催化剂用量对Friedel-Crafts反应的影响以及不同反应介质对水解反应的影响。

Abstract:Methyl 4 propylnitrilephenol was synthesized via Friedel Crafts reaction of o cresol with acrylonitrile in the presence of anhydrous aluminium chloride. The condensed product was hydrolyzed in a mixture of methanol and sulfuric acid medium to afford the title compound. Mass spectrometric and 1H NMR spectral data of the product and its intermediates were given. The effects of different volume of anhydrous alunimium chloride on the Friedel Crafts reaction and different medium on hydrolysis reaction were discussed.
