海军基层部队官兵慢性前列腺炎发病情况调查及相关因素分析

目的 探讨海军基层部队官兵慢性前列腺炎（CP）的发病情况及其相关影响因素。方法按照国际前列腺炎症状评分指数表制定调查问卷，并进行调查。结果抽样调查官兵共1931人，入组1882人，cP总发病人数210例，总发病率为11.16％。其中潜艇部队官兵发病率最高，为11.68％，其次为水面作战舰艇部队官兵10.66％、辅助船部队官兵10.36％。16～25岁、26～35岁、36～45岁3个年龄段发病率分别为11.25％、9.56％、10.81％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；在调查人群中，CP发病率集中在16～25岁年龄段。甲地部队发病率为11.79％；乙地部队为10.06％，丙地部队为11.62％，差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论海军基层部队官兵CP总体发病率与普通人群相近。海军基层部队官兵cP的发生发展与环境因素、不当的性活动、长时间固定体位（尤其长时间骑跨、坐位）、饮酒、生活方式改变、长时间憋尿、心理因素等相关，其机制有待进一步研究。

Investigation on the chronic prostatitis among the commissioned and enlisted of the basic naval units and analysis of related factors

Objective To investigate the incidence and related risk factors of the chronic prostatitis （CP） among the commissioned and enlisted of the basic naval units. Methods Investigation was made with the questionnaire derived from the International Prostatitis Symptom Checklist Scores and by using the random cluster sampling method. Results Participating in the questionnaire survey were 1931 navy commissioned and enlisted personnel, of whom 1882 were involved in the study. Survey results showed that total CP incidence was 210 cases, accounting for 11.16% of total incidence. Of all the naval personnel under survey, the commissioned and enlisted of the submarine units had the highest incidence, accounting for 11.68% , followed in order of sequence by the naval personnel of surface combat ships （10.66%） and auxiliary vessels （10.36%）. Incidence rates for the 3 age-groups （the age-groups of 16-25, 26-35 and 36-45） were 11.25%, 9.56% and 10. 81% respectively. And statistical significance could be seen, when comparisons were made between them. In the population surveyed, the incidence of chronic prostatitis was mostly in the 16-25 age-group. CP incidence of a certain naval unit situated in region A was 11.79%, the incidence of a unit in region B was 10.06%, and the incidence of a unit in region C was 11.62% , without statistical significance, when comparisons were made between them （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Overall incidence of the chronic prostatitis among the commissioned and enlisted of the basic naval units was similar to that of the general popu- lation. Survey results showed that the occurrence and development of chronic prostatitis among the naval personnel were closely related with the following： the environmental factor, improper sexual activity, stiff postures, alcoholism, change in lifestyle, prolonged urine suppression, mental factors and so on, and its mechanism remained to be further investigated.
