FDP注射泵注射对心肌损害患儿肌酸激酶同工酶与疼痛的影响

摘    要:目的:通过1,6-二磷酸果糖(FDP)3种注射泵法比较,找出改善患儿心肌损害同时减轻注射疼痛的方法.方法:观察A、B、C组各60例心肌损害患儿(≤3岁),注射泵注射FDP,用量150 mg· kg-1·d-1,分别于15 min、20 min、25 min注射完各20例,注射前后用生理盐水6 ml冲管,A组为FDP原液;B组为FDP与生理盐水1∶1比例稀释;C组为FDP与注射用水按1∶1比例稀释.研究3组FDP液不同时间注射对肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)值及注射相关疼痛的影响.结果:B组注射20 min时CK-MB下降最明显,差值为(74.5±69.62)U/L;而FLACC评分分值最低(1.75±1.02)分.结论:FDP生理盐水稀释组输注20 min时CK-MB下降明显,且FLACC评分低.

Effect of FDP injection pump on the creatine kinase isoenzyme and pain of the children with myocardial damage

Abstract:Objective: Through the comparision of 3 kinds of injection phate (FDP), to find out the way to improve the myocardial damage children. Methods: 60 children(≤3 years) with myocardial damage in jection pump. Children in Group A, Group B and Group C were res FDP 150 mg · kg^-1 · d-1 ,before and after injection the pipes were pumps of the 1, and reduce the each gro pectively flushed 6-fructose diphospain of injection in up were injected FDP by ininjected with the dosage of with 6ml physiological saline. The respective 20 cases in each group were injected at 15 mins, 20 mins and 25 mins respectively. Group A were injected with FDP stock solution; Group B with 1 : 1 dilution of FDP and physiological saline, and Group C with 1 : 1 dilution of FDP and water. The effect of different FDP injection at different time on the value of CK-MB and related pain of the patients in three groups were studied. Results: The value of CK-MB decreased the most obviously (74.5±69.62)U/L in Group B when injected at 20 rains, and the FLACC score (1.75±1.02) was the lowest . Conclusion. For the group of FDP diluted with physiological saline infused at the time of 20 rains, the value of CK-MB decreased obviously and FLACC score lower.
