CT在肺部厚壁空洞诊断中的应用价值

目的：探讨CT在肺部厚壁空洞诊断中的应用价值.方法：收集经病理证实肺部厚壁空洞37例CT资料,并进行回顾性分析.结果：CT肺癌厚壁空洞表现偏心空洞、内壁凹凸、壁结节,分叶、棘状突起、毛刺,胸膜凹陷、肺门及纵隔淋巴结肿大、厚壁明显强化；结核性厚壁空洞有卫星灶、多形态灶；慢性肺脓肿空洞内有液气平面、周围渗出性灶；肺霉菌病厚壁空洞有空气新月征、晕征.结论：CT能清晰显示肺部各类厚壁空洞特征性影像表现,是其他影像检查不可代替的.

CT was characterized by the eccentric hole, concave Results： Lung cancer thick wall cavity in the convex of inner wall, wall nodule, lobulation, spiculate protuberance, burr, pleural indentation, hilus pulmonis and mediastinal lymph node enlargement, thick wall enhancement; thick wall cavity of tuberculosis performance for satellite lesions, multi forms; chronic lung abscess cavity performance for liquid gas flat and with peripheral exudative foci; thick wall cavity of pulmonary mycosis performance for the air crescent sign and halo sign. Conclusion： CT can clearly show the manifestations of various types of thick wall cavity characteristic imaging of lung, which are irreplaceable by other imaging examinations.
