股骨近端防旋髓内钉治疗不稳定股骨转子间骨折的应用

目的：探讨PFNA治疗股骨转子间骨折的临床疗效.方法：2011年6月至2012年8月股骨转子间骨折患者42例,均使用PFNA（the Proximal Femoral Nail Antil-rotation）内固定,骨折类型按AO分型,其中稳定型20例,不稳定型22例；左侧22例,右侧20例.结果：所有病例均获得随访,骨折平均愈合时间为16周,术后Harris评分系统评定疗效：优21例,良15例,可5例,差1例,优良率为85.7％.结论：PFNA是治疗不稳定股骨转子间骨折的有效方法.

Application of proximal femoral nail anti-rotation to treating the unstable intertrochanteric fractures

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of proximal femoral nail anti-rotation （PFNA） in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures. Methods： 42 patients with intertrochanteric fracture were treated with PFNA from June, 2011 to August, 2012. The fracture types were classified according to AO classification, 20 cases belonged to stable type 22 cases belonged to the unstable type. Of all the cases, 22 cases were left intertrochanteric fractures and 20 cases were right intertrochanteric fractures. Results： All cases received follow-up, the average healing time of fracture was 16 weeks. The curative effect was assessed according to Harris scoring system, the treatment effect of 21 cases was excellent, 15 cases was good, 5 cases was acceptable, and 1 case was poor, with the excellent rate of 85.7%. Conclusion： PFNA is an effective way to treat unstable intertrochanteric fracture.
