监控管理在静脉输液安全中的作用

目的 探讨医院内监控管理在静脉输液质量中的作用.方法 组建静脉输液小组,完善质量监控体系,健全医院静脉输液会诊制度,制定落实工作规范,评价安全管理效果.结果 病人静脉输液满意度提高,静脉输液相关性护理缺陷发生率下降.结论 医院内监控管理能够加强静脉输液的安全质量控制,有利于提高医院整体医疗护理质量.

Effects of monitoring and management on security of intravenous infusion

Objective To explore effects of monitoring and management on quality of intravenous infusion in the hospital.Methods The measures of monitoring and management including establishing intravenous infusion groups,improving the system of quality monitoring,setting up a sound consultation system of the hospital intravenous infusion,developing the implementation standards of intravenous infusion were perfectly developed in the hospital.Results The patient' satisfaction improved and the incidences of nursing defects related to intravenous infusion declined.Conclusions The monitoring and management of intravenous infusion can strengthen the safety of intravenous infusion and enhance the quality of the medical and nursing.
