| 摘 要： | 建立护理质量控制小组，使护理质控形成运作体系后，分别从流程、奖惩、管理细节等方面人手对放疗科病历中的护理文书进行管理。实施护理质量自控管理放疗科病历后，放疗科病历中的护理文书质量得到明显提高，其原因为护士的团队意识、责任心和慎独精神的提高。

| Abstract: | We organized the nursing quality control group to formulate the nursing quality control system.We administered the nursing documents in procedure,reward and punishment,administrable details.By doing so.the documents quality in the radiotherapy department improved because team consciousness,responsibility and inner concentration spirit of nurses improved. |
