尿毒症患者血浆同型半胱氨酸水平测定

 目的研究尿毒症(end stage renal disease,ESRD)患者血浆同型半胱氨酸(HCY)浓度与健康人的差异。方法采用荧光偏振免疫法(FPIA)。对49例慢性肾功能不全患者和45例健康志愿者进行血浆HCY浓度测定，并对测定结果进行统计学处理、分析。结果男、女性ESRD患者的HCY水平均高于健康人组，且具有显著性差异(P＜0.001)。结论临床应监测ESRD患者的HCY血浆浓度，并对高HCY血症患者给予相应的治疗，以提高患者的生存质量。

Determination of plasma homocysteine concentrations in patients with end-stage renal disease

OBJECTIVE To study the difference of plasma homocysteine(HCY) concentrations between the patients with end-stage renal desease (ESRD) and healthy volunteers.METHODS 49 ESRD patients and 45 healthy volunteers were enrolled.The concentrations of HCY in plasma was determined by fluorescence polarization immunoassay (FPIA).RESULTS Compared with the healthy group,the concentrations of plasma HCY in ESRD patients were higher with statistical difference (P<0.001).CONCLUSION It suggested to monitor and control the plasma concentrations of HCY in patients with ESRD,and corresponding treatment should be given to hyperhomocysteine patients.
