北京市海淀区涂阳肺结核病例状况分析(1998—2006年)

摘    要:目的 了解1998—2006年海淀区涂阳肺结核病例发病状况及治疗转归。方法 分析1998—2006年门诊发现并登记确诊的初治涂阳与复治涂阳病例。结果 1998—2006年共发现涂阳病例603例,涂阳新登记率由1998年的2.19/10万上升至2006年的3.56/10万。其中初治涂阳537例,复治涂阳66例,初治涂阳男女之比为2.0:1,年龄集中在15~35岁。初治涂阳与复治涂阳平均治愈率分别为85.1%和75.8%。结论 政府承诺及认真贯彻执行DOTS策略是做好结防工作的关键。海淀区结防工作取得一定成绩,但是加强涂阳病例的发现及监督化疗管理质量,改进管理措施,进一步提高涂阳新登记率及治愈率仍是今后工作的重点任务。

Abstract:Objective To analyze case and treatment outcome of smear positive tuberculosis in haidian district in 1998—2006.Methods To find and register case of initial treatment and retreatment of smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis from 1998 to 2006.Results Smear positive cases were 603 in 1998—2006.New registration rate of smear positive cases was raised from 2.19/100000 in 1998 to 3.56/100000 in 2006.Initial treatment of smear positive cases were 537.Retreatment of smear positive cases were 66.The rate of male and female was 2.0:1 in initial treatment.Ages were mostly 1535.Average cure rate of initial and retreatment were 85.1% and 75.8% respectively.Conclusions Government promises and carrying out seriously DOTS tactic are key of prevention and cure TB.They procured definite achievement in prevention and cure of TB.To find smear positive tuberculosis and ameliorate supervisory measure and heighten new registration rate and cure rate are key task in future work.
