心肌肥厚大鼠血浆血浆肾上腺髓质素、内皮素和心钠素变化的实验研究

目的探讨血浆肾上腺髓质素（ADM）在大鼠压力超负荷性心肌肥厚中的病理生理意义及与内皮素（ET）、心钠素（ANP）的关系。方法20只Wistar大鼠随机分为假手术组和腹主动脉部分缩窄心肌肥厚组。均在术后6周观察尾动脉收缩压（SBP），左心系数（左心室重／体质量）的变化，采用放免分析法检测血浆ADM、ET、ANP水平。结果心肌肥厚组与假手术组比较，SBP、左心系数、血浆ADM、ET、ET／ADM比值及ANP含量明显增加（P〈0．01）。ADM、ET、ANP与左心系数呈正相关，ADM与ET、ANP呈正相关。结论血浆ADM、ET及ANP的变化共同参与了心肌肥厚的病理生理过程。ET、ADM间的动态平衡被打破可能是心肌肥厚发病的重要原因之一，

Experimental study of changes of plasma ADM,ET, ANP in rats with hypertrophy

Objective] To investigate the pathophysiological role of plasma adrenomedullin(ADM)and its relationship with endothelin(ET),atrial natriuretic peptide(ANP)in rats with pressure overload hypertrophy.Methods] 20 Wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups,sham-operated group and partial abdominal arota constriction group.The changes of systolic blood pressure(SBP)and left ventricular mess index(left ventricular weight/body weight)were observed after six weeks and plasma ADM,ET,ANP levels were determined by radioimmunoassay.Result] As compared with sham-operated group,SBP,left ventricular mess index and plasma ADM,ET,ratio of ET/ADM and ANP of partial abdominal arota constriction group were increased(P <0.01).There was a positive correlation between ADM,ET,ANP and left ventricular mess index,so was between ADM and ET,ANP.Conclusion] The changes of plasma ADM,ET and ANP were involved in the process of pathophysiology of cardiac hypertrophy.The balance between ADM and ET was destroyed and it was probably one of the critical reasons in the pathological process of cardiac hypertrophy.
