| 摘 要： | 比较了用灌洗法与粉粹法提取的猪肺表面活性物质的化学成分。粉碎法获得率为灌洗法的２．４２倍，但主要化学成分构成比却显著低于后法，总磷脂中卵磷脂显著低，磷脂酰丝氨酸和磷脂酸显著高。上述结果表明灌洗法提取的肺表面活性物质中对呼吸功能发挥影响的成分多于粉碎法提取的。

| Abstract: | ulmonary surfactants(PS)were extracted either by lavage or by mincing method from porcine lungsand were purified in parallel,whose chemical compositions were determined.Significant differences werefound in the chemical components of the PS prepared by the different extraction methods. The phospho-lipids ,Phosphatidylcholine and DPPC contents of PS obtained by the lavage method were much higherthan those of PS obtained by the mincing method. These data suggestd that a lavage method is more ap-propriate than a mincing method for the extraction of PS. |
