| 摘 要： | 目的初步研究魔芋低聚糖对小鼠血脂的影响。方法用高脂溶液造成小鼠高血脂动物模型 ,同时给予一定剂量的低聚糖 [3 0g (kg·d) ]灌胃。取血样测定多项生化指标。结果魔芋低聚糖可明显降低高脂小鼠血脂含量和血尿素氮水平 ,并使血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平升高。结论魔芋低聚糖有降脂和降尿素氮作用 ,可用于防治高脂血症 ,有一定护肝作用

| Abstract: | PurposeTo evaluate the effects of konjac oligosaccharides on experimental hyperlipidemia of mice.MethodsThe mice fed with a liquid of high lipid to induce hyperlipidemia model were treated with konjac oliosaccharides [3.0 g/(kg·d)]. The biochemical criteria were determined in the mice.ResultsIn the mice treated with konjac oligosaccharides were markely decrease the levels of lipidemia and urea nitragen, but was nicreased the level of high density lipoprotein in serum.ConclusionIt was significant that konjac oligosaccharides had functions to decrease blood lipid and urea nitrogen, might prevent and cure hyperlipidemia and protected liver. |
