清化蠲痹合剂辅佐治疗儿童类风湿关节炎46例临床观察

为观察研究以清化蠲痹合剂辅佐治疗儿童类风湿性关节炎的临床疗效。将 89例患者随机分为 2组 ,治疗组 4 6例在运用西药常规治疗的基础上给中药清化蠲痹合剂辅助治疗 ,对照组 4 3例仅用西药布洛芬、扶他林及雷公藤片等常规治疗。结果显示两组在改善症状、体征及实验室检查方面均有较好疗效 ,但观察组优于对照组 ;临床疗效评定结果比较也优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1)。表明清化蠲痹合剂为主辅佐治疗儿童类风湿性关节炎临床疗效满意。

THE AUXILLIARY TREATMENT OF CHILDREN'S RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS BY "QINGHUA JUANBI HEJI": A Clinical Observation of 46 Cases

The objective of the paper is to observe and study the clinical therapeutic effect of the auxiliary treatment by "QINGHUA JUANBI HEJI" (QHJBH, a TCD mixture for removing heat, dampness, phlegm and blood stasis) on children's rheumatoid arthritis (CRA). Eighty-nine CRA cases were randomly divided into two groups: the treated (n 46 cases) and the control (n 43 cases), the former of which received the auxiliary treatment by QHJBH based on the application of the conventional Western drugs, while the latter received the conventional Western drugs alone, such as Brufen, Voltaren and Tripterygium Glycosides and so on. The results showed that both groups obtained a good therapeutic effect on the improvement of the symptoms, signs and the laboratory examinations but the treated group had an advantage over the control. The results of the therapeutic-effect evaluation showed an advantage of the treated over the control (P<0.05 or P<0.01), suggesting that the auxiliary treatment by QHJBH could produce a satisfactory clinical result in the treatment of CRA.
