| 摘 要： | 剂量效应关系是中药复方临床研究的重要内容，也是临床研究的难点。本文探讨了量效关系的相关概念和中药复方量效关系的特点，中药复方量效关系临床研究的背景、方向和作用，介绍了中药复方临床研究的现状，分析临床研究当中所面临的挑战，以期为建立符合中医药特点的、合适的复方量效关系临床研究方法提供参考。
