| 摘 要： | 目的探讨食管静脉曲张结扎术（Endoscopic Variceal Ligation,EVL）联合胃底静脉曲张栓塞术联合治疗肝硬化上消化道出血的疗效。方法262例肝硬化上消化道出血患者,随机分为观察组（n=133）及对照组（n=129）,前者同时联用上述两种方法治疗;后者先行内镜下胃底静脉曲张栓塞术,2个月以后再行食管静脉曲张结扎术治疗。结果观察组止血成功率100.0%,对照组止血成功率86.8%,两组的止血成功率差异有显著性意义（P〈0.05）;观察组近期再出血率6.0%,对照组近期再出血率22.5%,两组近期再出血率差异有显著性意义（P〈0.05）。结论联合应用胃底静脉曲张栓塞术及食管静脉曲张结扎术是治疗肝硬化食道胃底静脉曲张出血的安全有效方法,值得推广应用。
