东茛菪内酯对小鼠缺氧耐受性的影响

摘    要:目的:研究东茛菪内酯对小鼠缺氧耐受性的影响。方法:采用常压耐缺氧法、对抗特异性心肌缺氧法、对抗脑缺血缺氧法、游泳实验法观察东茛菪内酯对小鼠存活时间的影响。结果:东茛菪内酯能明显延长小鼠在常压缺氧,特异性心肌缺氧、脑缺血缺氧及游泳条件下的存活时间。结论:东茛菪内酯具有明显的耐缺氧作用。

Abstract:Objective:To study the effect of Scopoletin on hypoxia.Meth ods:The effect of Scopoletin to the living of mice were observed by the test of the t olerance to anoxia under nomal pressures,by the test of the specificity myocardi um under hypoxia by the celebral hypoxia-ischenmia test,by the test of the mice swimming living time.Result:Scopoletin prolonged not only the duration of toler ance to anoxia under normal pressures,but under the specificity myocardium hypox ia,and under the celebral ischemia,and the swimming living time.Conclusion:Scopo letin has the effect of anti-hypoxia.
