| 摘 要： | 目的建立HPLC法测定通脉养心丸中五味子醇甲含量的方法。方法色谱柱:Agilent XDB C18(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.1%甲酸溶液(39∶61);检测波长:250 nm;流速:1.0 ml/min。结果:线性范围为0.01 654～2.068μg(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为99.64%,RSD为0.81%。结论:方法稳定、可靠,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish an HPLC method to determine Schizandrol A in Tongmai Yangxin Pill. Methods： schizandrol A was assayed on an Agilent XDB （250 mm x4.6 mm,5 i.~m） column; the mobile phase composed of acetonitrile -0.1% formic acid solution （39：61 ） at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min; the determination wavelength was 250 nm. Results： The calibration curves were linear in the range of 0.016 54 ~ 2.068 p,g （ r = 0. 999 9 ） for schizandrol A. The average recoveries （ n = 6） of schizandrol A was 99.65% （RSD was 1.56% ）. Conclusion： The method is proved to be simple and reliable, accurate, repeatable and can be used for quality control of Tongmai Yangxin Pill. |
