论阴阳五行的科学基础

正确的医学理论必须基于科学世界观、完整的认识论作为前提。纵观人体所有相关因素,医学研究必须全面顾及天地人,并判断其比重占多少分量,否则,单纯研究人体的病原、细胞、DNA等非常可能抓错重点,走错方向,落入困境。中医认为最重大的力量在于天地的物理,在天为玄,在人为道,在于日月交替所揭示的周而复始的阴阳,其实质即地球运动,即现代物理学中地球和万物高速的自转和公转,此周转合力规范着万物的物理、化学、生物等各方面的变化,决定其生死、为万物所归所宗。故《伤寒论》用四时八节二十四气七十二候决病生死1]。为此,古圣人观其玄虚,用其周行2],归纳阴阳推演五行构建中医学,以控制和调整人体的生化变化,达到治疗和养生的目的。

Discussion on Scientific Basis of Yin -Yang And Five Element

The correct medical theory must be based on scientific world view and complete theory of knowledge. According to all related factors of the body, medicine study must cover the heaven, the earth and the human body. Otherwise, single studies on cells, DNA and others may be wrong. TCM believes the most important factor is Yin and Yang, which has the same phenomena as rotation and revolution. The combining force rules the changes of physics, chemistry, and biology and so on. Thus, ancient people established TCM theory by Yin - Yang and five elements so as to control and regulate the body changes and achieve the treatment and cultivate aims.
