胰岛素降糖反应延迟机理的初步探讨

摘    要:本文对10例IDDM病人皮下注射胰岛素后作了7.5小时动态观察,测定了BG、FI、G、F和GH。基础BG高者,胰岛素最大降糖作用延迟,降糖过程中,GH的升糖效应最敏感,G和F升高与血糖回升时间相一致,在BG高者,呈延迟反应。这种延迟反应可能是由于血糖高,使到达刺激后二种升糖激素分泌阈值所需的时间延长有关。

Abstract:Ten cases with insulin-dependet diabetes mellitus(IDDM)were monitored for 7.5 hours following subcutaneous injection of regular insulin.The free insulin,glucagon, cortisol,and growth hormone were measured.In these cases with severe hyperglycemia, Tne maximal action of insulin was delayed. The secretion of glucagon and cortisol in response to glucosedecreasing was put off. The delay can be that severe hyperglycemic state needs longer time to bring about these hormone secreting markly.
