铝碳酸镁治疗反流性食道炎的近期临床疗效观察

目的 探讨铝碳酸镁对反流性食道炎的疗效及其安全性的初步评估.方法 86例符合内镜下有反流性食管炎(RE)诊断标准的患者随机分成两组.分别采用铝碳酸镁和奥美拉唑治疗,观察两组患者烧心、反酸症状疗效,并于4周后复查胃镜,观察镜下愈合率和有效率.结果 铝碳酸镁组对患者烧心、反酸症状的有效率分别为75.6%、87.8%;奥美拉唑组分别为64.4%、80.0%.胃镜下愈合率、有效率:铝碳酸镁组56.7%、80.0%;奥美拉唑53.8%、82.1%.组间差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05),安全性指标组间差异亦无显著性.结论 铝碳酸镁是治疗反流性食管炎安全有效的药物.

A Clinical Observation on Efficiency of Hydrotalcite in Treatment of Reflux Esophagitis

Objective To evaluate the efficiency and safety of hydrotalcite treatment in reflux esophagitis. Methods 86 cases of patients with reflux esophagitis were randomly divided into two groups and was administerted with hydrotalcite and omeprazole. Before and after treatment, Reflux symptoms includinn heartburn,regurgitation were evaluated at clinical improvement.After 4 weeks,endoscope was performed evaluate the healing rate and efficacy rate.Results After 4 weeks treatment all symptoms had been improved, the total symptoms rate of hydrotalcite to heartburn, regurgitation were 75.6%, 87.8%; and that of omeprazole were 64.4%, 80.0%. the healing rate and efficacy rate were 56.7%,80.0% in group of hydrotalcite and 53.8%, 82.1% in group of omeprazole. There is no statistical difference.Conclusion hydrotalcite is effective in the treatment of reflux esophagitis.
