| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨输血前梅毒螺旋体抗体检测阳性的意义.方法;采用免疫ELISA法检测2557例输血前患者血清梅毒螺旋体抗体.结果:2557例患者中检出TP阳性33例,确诊17例.70岁以上的老人,2例阳性,15例假阳性,假阳性率2.99%,阳性率0.39%;在70岁以下的患者中,15例阳性,1例假阳性,阳性率0.7%,假阳性率0.05%.结论:两年龄段之间的假阳性率差异有显著性(P＜0.01).

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the significance of the patient with syphilis antibody positive expression before blood transfusion. Methods 2557 cases were detected by using ELISA with double antigen sandwich before blood transfusion. Results 33 cases out of 2557 , were positive, truth TP is 17. Old man over 70 years old, 2 truth TP positive patients, 15 false TP positive patients, the false TP positive patients rate was 2.99%, the truth TP positive patients rate was 0.39%; man under 70 years age,15 truth TP positive patients,1 false TP positive patients, the false TP positive patients rate was 0.05%, the truth TP positive patients rate was 0.7%.Conclusion There is significance difference of the false TP positive patients rate between the two groups. |
