烧烫伤致残患儿双亲心理状况分析

目的:分析28例严重烧烫伤后遗症患儿双亲心理健康状况并确定采取干预措施.方法:采用自行设计的调查问卷对前来门诊咨询的患儿家属进行调查,并结合焦虑自评量表分析.结果:28对双亲得分,父亲组焦虑分值为:51.30±3.36,母亲组的焦虑分值为:54.33±1.46,明显高于常模29.78±0.46,具有显著性差异(P<0.01),母亲组的焦虑状况高于父亲组(P<0.01);对特殊部位烧烫伤瘢痕忧虑明显高于其他部位(P<0.01).结论:严重烧伤致残患儿给家庭稳定造成很大负面影响,在漫长的治疗过程中,因经济、精力上的问题给双亲心理造成了一定伤害,应采取合理的心理疏导措施.

Survey and Analysis of Parents' Mental Health of Disabled Children Caused by Burn Injury

Objective：To investigate the parents’ mental health of disabled children caused by burn injury so as to take necessary intervention measures to help them.Method：A survey of our self-designed questionnaire,combining with self-rating anxiety scale,was given to the parents of disabled children as they came to the hospital to have medical consultation for their disabled children.Results：For 28 pair of parents’ score,the score of anxiety in father group was 51.30±3.36,while it was 54.33±1.46 in mother group.The score in each group has obviously higher than that of normal group（29.78±0.46）.There was significant difference between parents of disabled children group and normal group（P〈0.01）.The anxiety degree in mother group was higher than that in father group（P〈0.01）.The anxiety caused by burns in special region of the body were higher than that in other region of the body（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Disabled Children caused by severe burns can get great negative impact for the stability of children family.In the long course of treatment,parents can suffer from psychological harm due to economic and energy problems.
