| Abstract: | AIM: To explore the clinical significance of ex- pression of low-density lipoprotein receptorrelated protein 5 (LRP-5) and LRP-6 in ulcerative colitis (UC)-associated cancer (UCAC). METHODS: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of LRP-5 and LRP-6 in 15 cases of UC-associated atypical hyperplasia(UD), 5 cases of UCAC, 30 cases of UC and 20 cases of sporadic colorectal cancer (SCRC).
