摘    要:目的研究大肠癌组织中p53、MAD2基因的表达及意义.方法应用免疫组化SP方法检测40例大肠癌组织中基因p53、MAD2的表达.结果正常黏膜p53表达阴性,腺癌表达率为55%,两者差异有显著性(P<0.01).正常黏膜中MAD2蛋白表达阳性率为50%,腺癌中MAD2阳性率为85%,两者差异有显著性(P<0.01),MAD2表达与大肠癌组织分化无关(P<0.05).结论p53基因突变及MAD2基因异常在大肠癌发生中起重要作用.

Abstract:Objective To study the expression of p53 and MAD2 in colorectal cancer and their significance. Methods The expression of p53 and MAD2 was detected by immunohistochemistry SP method in 40 colorectal cancer. Results No such protein expressions were observed in normal mucosa.The rate of p53 positive expression in adenocarcinomas was 55%. There was significant difference between colorectal normal mucosa and colorectal adenocarcinomas( P <0.01). The rates of MAD2 positive expression in colorectal musoca and its adenocarcinomas were 50% and 85% respectively. There was significant difference between colorectal normal mucosa and colorectal adenocarcinomas ( P <0 01),and it was not related to the differentiation of adenocarcinomas( P <0 05). Conclusion Alteration of p53 gene and MAD2 gene is involved mainly in colorectal carcinogenesis.
