| 摘 要： | 城市医疗救助制度是现代社会医疗保障体系中的一个重要组成部分，我国自2005年实施此项制度以来，对缓解城市居民“因病致贫、因病返贫”起到了积极的促进作用。但同时，这一制度在运行中也存在着一些亟需解决的问题，需要通过调查研究提出相应的对策与措施。

| Abstract: | Urban medical assistance system is an important part of modern social health security system. It helped to decrease the rate of poverty caused by disease and the rate of back into poverty because of disease since 2005. Problems in the system were analyzed and measures based on investigation were presented. |
