| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中西医结合治疗慢性前列腺炎临床疗效.方法:采用随机分组方法,设中西医结合治疗组40例和西药对照组40例;对照组用抗生素治疗,治疗组在用相同抗生素基础上,加用舒肝理气补肾活血中药,疗程均为1个月.分别观察治疗前后的临床症状、生活质量、卵磷脂小体、EPS-WBC的变化情况.结果:治疗组总有效率为95%,高于对照组80%(P＜0.05);在提高生活质量,卵磷脂小体恢复方面亦优于对照组.结论:中西医结合治疗慢性前列腺炎临床疗效更显著.

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the efficacy of integrative Chinese and western medicine on chronic prostatitis. Methods: Eighty patients were randomized into treatment group(n=40)and control group(n=40).Control group were treated by clarithromycin and doxazosine mesylate,and treatment group were treated by the same antibiotics and Chinese herbs with the effects of dispersing liver-qi,invigorating kidney,and promoting blood flow. Pain,paruria,quality of life,lecithin corpuscle,EPS-WBC were observed. Results: The total effective rate was 95% in treatment group,higher than 80% in control group(P < 0.05).The improvements of quality of life and lecithin corpuscle in treatment group were greater than those in control group. Conclusion: Integrative Chinese and western medicine has significant effects on chronic prostatitis. |
