灯盏乙素在小鼠体内药物动力学研究

摘    要:研究了灯盏乙素及其新发现的一代谢物在小鼠体内的药物动力学性质,并采用HPLC—DAD和LC—MS/MS分析该代谢物的结构。初步推定这一代谢物是由灯盏乙素再结合一分子葡糖醛酸组成,分了式C27H26O18最大紫外吸收波长334和271nm。

Abstract:The pharmacokinetics properties of scutellarin and one of its newly found metabolite in mice was studied. The structure of the metabolite was elucidated with HPLC-DAD and LC-MS/MS methods. It was proposed primarily that the metabolite was an equimolecular combination of scutellarin and glycuronic acid, with molecular formula of C27H26O18 and Emax of 334 and 271nm.
